We respect your privacy. Strong Together collects the minimum data needed to power features like workout tracking and reminders. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

What We Collect

• User profile: full name, username, email, birthdate, gender, profile image
• Authentication: access token (JWT), refresh token, secure login sessions
• Workout data: workout plans, splits, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes
• Cardio tracking: type, duration, workout date
• Scheduled workouts: reminders, time, day of week, user preferences
• Messages: inbox messages sent between users
• Push notifications: push_token for device notifications
• Technical data: app version, crash logs, device info

How We Use Data

• Authenticate you and manage secure sessions
• Track and display your workouts and fitness progress
• Send daily push reminders if enabled
• Support features like messaging, statistics, and exercise history
• Improve performance and fix issues

Storage & Security

• All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS
• Tokens stored securely in SecureStore
• Passwords hashed in Supabase
• Redis used only for performance and caching
• Best practices against unauthorized access

Third-Party Services

Your data is handled securely via:

• Supabase - database, auth, and storage
• Render - backend hosting
• Redis - caching and queueing
• Expo Notifications - sending push notifications

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. All data is removed immediately, including workout history, cardio logs, and scheduled sessions. This action is irreversible.

Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Disable push notifications via the app or OS settings
• Contact us regarding privacy concerns
