How do I build my workout plan?
Home page (scroll down) → Create Plan → Add splits and exercises → Save.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored securely. All traffic uses HTTPS.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your data is removed immediately.
Is there a dark mode?
Dark mode is planned.
Can I reset my password without the app?
Yes. Just go to reset password page and enter your email/username.
Can I sign in with Apple or Google?
Yes - sign in quickly using your Apple or Google account, securely and without passwords.
